Heil NFCP3000 4 años: zumbido ventilador, luego enfría bien en ON

Múltiples fallos: relé ventilador + problemas unidad exterior

Heil NFCP3000 4 años (Florida). Sopla aire no frío calor extremo. Apagar 2h → vuelve bien. Semana pasada: zumbido ventilador interior al ciclar OFF. Girar breaker arreglaba. Ahora no. Anoche: termostato ON (no Auto) → click termostato, ventiladores DENTRO+FUERA siguen, ENFRÍA bien. Cuando no enfría y zumba: aire sale caliente, olor raro. Motor ventilador caliente.

• Zumbido ventilador interior = RELÉ VENTILADOR (fan relay) fallando
• Termostato FAN ON → ventilador DEBE correr siempre (independiente unidad exterior)
• Problemas unidad exterior también → cableado/control relacionado
• Olor raro + motor caliente = motor quemándose

Recomendación

Llame contratista A/C CONFIABLE ya. Múltiples fallos interactivos requieren diagnóstico in situ con instrumentos. No arriesgue compresor ($$$).
